Our first-cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil exhibits superior taste, color and aroma. The character of aroma is very fruity, with a buttery texture and spicy pepper finish representing the taste of the Mediterranean. The color is luscious green. This olive oil is great on salads, grilled vegetables and fish.

This olive oil is produced from the olives, grown in the Aegean region. In the harvesting times, the olives are carefully handpicked. While they are still fresh, the olives are first cold pressed to get the highest standard. Since this is mechanical process without heat, the olive oil preserves its aromatic character. So, this is the highest grade of olive oil you can buy.
